Ordering online is safe and quick. You find the product/s you want and add them to your cart. Once you check out, you will be prompted to enter your delivery information and make payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we have received your order.
You can order directly via our website. Simply add the product/s to your cart and click checkout.
You can pay using a credit/debit card with our trusted payment partner Peach Payments or on lay-by with Payflex. Alternatively, you can contact us for e-Wallet or bank transfer options.
Delivery within South Africa is FREE. International delivery is available but is subject to a fee which is calculated at checkout.
Domestic delivery takes 1 - 3 days.
Our gold products are gold plated.
Our iced products are finished with AAA Cubic zirconium or Austrian Rhinestone.

Each LUMINARY product comes packaged with a branded velvet travel pouch and box.
In the unlikely event of a product defect, we will happily send you a replacement product of the same item. Please contact us.
LUMINARY does not recommend you get your jewellery wet. Do not swim with your jewellery on.
Don’t swim or shower with your pieces.
Avoid applying cologne/perfume on your neck where the chain will be sitting/rubbing against, as the alcohol in cologne can cause for damage to the plating. Apply the cologne further up on your neck (for example where the chain will not be in contact with the cologne).
Custom orders take approximately 2/4 weeks from purchase to delivery.
