- We work hand in hand with our trustworthy courier partners: Courier It.
- Your Courier It parcel, to your door: Overnight. Please allow one day for Courier It to process your parcel. In the case that there is a delay due to a backlog, allow an extra day for your parcel to be delivered. (Turn around time begins from dispatch)
- You can expect your Luminary parcel to be delivered at your desired shipping address ANYTIME between 08:30 - 17:00.
- Please ensure you are available at the desired shipping address on the day of delivery to avoid complications.
- Should you have an issue with delivery, please let us know in the shipping instructions and we will make other arrangements.
REGIONAL/OUTLYING AREAS:
- Parcels going to regional/outlying areas may be subject to Pargo or Postnet delivery points (1-3 working days). We will be in contact with you.

RETURNS
- Luminary will happily accept returns in the unlikely event of a product default. The request by a customer to return a defective product must be within 14 days of date of purchase and must returned in original packaging.
- We will send you a replacement product of the same item.
